Description

Dryvit ACR Systems are a range of 100% acrylic polymer based anti-crack renders designed to out perform the shrinkage and cracking characteristics of  traditional renders. The range offers a variety of coloured and textured coating options providing various levels of protection when used in the noted component combinations. The systems can also be used in conjunction with Dryvit External Insulation Systems where insulation is not a primary requirement.

Uses

Dryvit ACR renders may be applied over exterior concrete, brickwork, blockwork , plastered or painted surfaces. Suitable substrate types for each system are outlined below.

Systems:

Dryvit ACR 300

High performance crack resistant non-cementitious base coat incorporating an alkali-resistant glass fibre reinforcement providing ultimate flexibility and crack resistant properties with either the Dryvit 100% acrylic PMR & DPR coating or the ELASTOMERIC finish plus the option of the two component pre-bagged polymer modified render.

Dryvit ACR 300 Components:

Stucco Plus – Optional leveling mortar 
NCB (tinted) – non-cementitious base coat
Standard Mesh – glass fibre reinforcing mesh
PMR Finish textured and coloured finish or Weatherlastic elastomeric finish

Dryvit ACR 200

Crack resistant polymer modified cementitious base coat incorporating an alkali-resistatnt glass fibre reinforcement with the Dryvit 100% acrylic PMR finish coat and DPR technology plus the option of the two component pre-bagged polymer modified render. This system is truely flexible offering crack resistance.

PMR Finish – acrylic textured and coloured finish

Dryvit ACR 150

Two component pre-bagged polymer modified render incorporating a lightweight fibre reinforcement to increase the flexural strength and crack resistance including the Dryvit ELASTOMERIC 100% acrylic PMR finish coat and DPR technology with all the benefits of Dryvit ACR 100.

Dryvit ACR 150 Components:

Stucco Plus – levelling mortar NOT OPTIONAL
Ultramesh – glass fibre reinforcing mesh
Weatherprime – acrylic primer
Weatherlastic – elastomeric coloured and textured finish.

Dryvit ACR 50

Cost effective system incorporating the Dryvit 100% acrylic Proven Mildew Resistant (PMR)  and Dirt Pickup Resistant (DPR) technology finish coat plus the option of a two component pre-bagged polymer modified render offering greater flexural strength than that of a traditional sand/cement render system.

Colorprime – acrylic primer
PMR Finish – acrylic textured and coloured finish.

Dryvit ACR 150 Substrate Types:

Application Procedure

Job Conditions –. Temperature must be between 4 ฐC (40 ฐF) and 40ฐC (100 ฐF) for 12 hours prior to and 24 hours after the installation time for all products, please consult data sheets listed below.

Temporary Protection – Must be provided at all times to protect Stucco Plus and finish applications from damaging effects of precipitation, dirt and job-site contamination.

Substrates/Preparation

Masonry/Concrete - Must be clean, dry, free of form-release agents, curing compounds, efflorescence, algae, mildew, paint, spalling or any condition that may adversely affect long-term bonding of the system. Relevant primers should be used.

Clean Up – Clean tools with water while mixture is still wet.

Storage

All Dryvit materials shall be delivered to the project site in the original, unopened packages with the labels intact. 

Store all materials at a temperature of 4^o C or higher, protected from weather and direct sunlight.

Storage temperatures shall not exceed 37^o C
