Description

Dryvit offers a wide range of exterior insulation and finish systems both adhesively and mechanically fastened.  All of Dryvit's systems have been designed to meet and exceed construction standards and to offer choices in attachment methods, insulation materials and exterior finishes.

Roxsulation is a premier quality, barrier type exterior insulation and finish system, which utilises a non-combustible mineral wood insulation.  This adhesively and mechanically fastened system is ideal for exterior walls and soffits for both new and retrofit construction.

Mechanically and Adhesively Fastened

Since the Roxsulation System is adhesively and mechanically fastened, it may be installed over any substrate including masonry, poured concrete, wood, or metal framing with sheathing.

High Energy Efficiency

The mineral wool insulation board component of the system is available in 40 mm - 100 mm thickness and has a thermal conductivity value of 0.036 W/m K.

Since the insulation is an integral part of the system and is installed on the outside of the building, it provides maximum thermal efficiency, by minimising thermal bridges.

High Impact Resistance

The high density of the insulation board provides superior impact resistance and offers inherent sound attenuation properties.  Heavy duty high impact mesh is recommended for low areas of the wall which are exposed to heavy pedestrian traffic and abuse.

Design Characteristics

With Roxsulation, monolithic surfaces can be attained and highlighted with 3-dimensional shapes and graphics.  These custom shapes, created with EPS Insulation are lightweight, inexpensive, and can be reproduced with repetitive accuracy.

Colours and Texture

Dryvit offers a wide range of standard colours for its textured finishes and coatings.  Custom Colours are also available.

Limitations

Do not use as a finish coat directly over any Dryvit polymer-based system reinforced base coat.
