This commercial property is certainly getting a lot of attention around town – especially when people find out that Dryvit’s Custom Brick is not traditional clay brick. The applicator used 4” EPS over the rest of Dryvit’s Light Commercial MD System to replicate the thickness of traditional clay brick. The trim and detail work was also created out of EPS material and coated with Dryvit’s Freestyle Finish to replicate precast. The flat wall surface was finished with Dryvit’s Quarzputz Finish. This is an authentic-looking masonry building with all of the benefits of a Dryvit system!
