The Tower at Cardinal North Hills is a newly constructed 18-story senior housing facility with two levels of garage parking below. The building includes 151 independent living units and 41 assisted living units.
To match the existing neighborhood aesthetics, Dryvit provided over 183,000 sq ft of drainable EIFS cladding, a fluid-applied air/water-resistive barrier, 2 in. EPS insulation and a Sandpebble® textured finish with Dirt Pick-Up Resistant and Hydrophobic chemistry. The silicone sealants from Tremco Sealants ensured long-lasting waterproofing, while the continuous insulation of the EIFS improved the structure's energy efficiency to reduce operating costs and enhance the retirement community’s overall comfort.
