At our in-house testing facilities, Dryvit evaluates building materials and entire wall assemblies for air and water infiltration, thermal performance, fire resistance and durability.

Our Building Science Capabilities

 

Using our Test Wall, we test one- and two-story wall mock-ups for air and water intrusion to ASTM and AAMA standards and beyond. At our Façade Fire Lab, we conduct fire tests for wall systems to evaluate their fire resistance according to NFPA 285/ISMA, NFPA 268, ASTM E-119/ULCS-101 and CAN/ULC-S1234.

These air, water, thermal and fire tests provide critical data for architects, engineers, consultants, builders and owners to ensure their structures will be air- and water-tight, energy efficient and can withstand fire and extreme weather.
