The Element Hotel is an 8-story, 251-room hotel in Colorado Springs, conveniently located within walking distance to numerous restaurants and retail spaces. It even boasts a rooftop restaurant for gorgeous views of the mountains.
The building's exterior facade is made from Dryvit® Outsulation® Plus MD continuous insulation system, along with faux metal panels and stone veneer. The EIFS cladding consists of multiple finishes, including Sandpebble Fine and Reflectit, to create a custom, modern aesthetic that blends well with the surrounding nature.
This project was completed in 2022 and earned an Honorable Mention in the 2025 EIMA Awards' Hospitality category.
