The Liberty Center, a 1.2 million sq ft mixed-use complex in Liberty Township, Ohio, exemplifies cutting-edge building solutions and design ingenuity. Designed to replicate a city block with distinct buildings and façades, the project required a versatile, durable and quickly-installed solution to meet its tight nine-month timeline.
Concerned about the pace and complexity of the project, the general contractor approached Dryvit for the flexibility of their exterior products. The Backstop® NTX barrier and AquaFlash® flashing system created a seamless air- and moisture-resistant barrier across 750,000 sq ft, allowing interior work to begin ahead of schedule. The Outsulation Plus MD system provided continuous insulation (CI) with beautiful shades of reds, oranges and blues, making their vision reality without compromising quality or budget.
