For the construction of this new hotel in Manchester, the general contractor knew they needed to source building materials that could withstand the harsh New England weather and be approved by the city.
Tremco and USG’s Securock® ExoAir® 430 panels were selected to quickly dry in the building enclosure, while Dryvit NewBrick® insulated brick veneer and Outsulation® Plus MD continuous insulation (CI) systems for the exterior cladding. These compatible solutions were already tested and warranted together to streamline the process for the design-build team.
With their durability, clean aesthetic and added insulation to lower the owner’s operating costs, these solutions helped make the Tru by Hilton hotel a great success.
