Dryvit Direct Apply Cement Board MD is an exterior finish system applied directly over approved sheathing substrates in residential and low-rise commercial applications, when continuous insulation is not specified or desired. Exterior cement boards meeting ASTM C1325, and fasteners (both by others) are applied over Dryvit MD Spacers™ and a Dryvit Backstop® NTX™ air/water-resistive barrier to facilitate moisture drainage throughout the assembly.
