The Outsulation MD Securock ExoAir 430 system combines three powerful lines of defense against water intrusion: a reinforced base coat, a specially engineered EPS insulation board with vertical drainage grooves, and the factory pre-applied Securock ExoAir 430 air-and water-resistive barrier. This factory application of the barrier allows for fewer installation steps and quality control issues on-site, speeding project completion.
This system also improves moisture drainage by incorporating a perforated PVC Drainage Track with weep holes, and a Vent Assembly capable of draining water and passing air. And as part of the Outsulation family, it includes high-performance continuous insulation for enhanced energy efficiency and can be completed in many eye-catching Dryvit colors, textures, and specialty finishes.
Because it is factory pre-applied in a controlled environment, the Securock ExoAir 430 air- and water-resistive barrier removes an entire step from the jobsite and helps improve quality control — leading to faster installations and fewer issues.
